How to fill in information for the ticket in Hubspot.
Creating a ticket in HB:
1. Menu item "Service -> Tickets ->Create ticket"
2. Ticket Name "US number + Issue + Location"(6465759626 No Data Ukraine)
3. Pipeline:
- Support Pipeline - mass problem/provider issue
- AT&T Cases - tickets opened with АТ&T lines(Voice/GD)
- SPRINT Cases - tickets opened with SPRINT lines(Voice/GD)
- Beeline - requests connected with Beeline numbers(file Beeline Numbers)
4. Ticket status, choose only :
- Waiting on contact - waiting for information from the customer/assistant
- Waiting on us - information/updates from support
- Waiting on the Third Party - information from provider/other Amtel department
- Closed - issue was resolved
5. Ticket description - short issue description/request(date/time, error message, Data block/satellite usage)
6. Source:
- Chat - request via Chat
- E-mail - E-mail from customer/manager
- Form - Call back form on the website
- Phone - customer/manager contacted via call/SMS/Messanger
7. Source Details(abc@gmail.com/sms9626/WA9626)
8. Ticket owner - do not change(account holder)
9. Priority:
- Low - small issue(3G instead of LTE/Application issue/other)
- Medium - issue easy to solve(remove Data block/change TP/add feature/change Roaming Partner)
- High - request from VIP customer, mass problem, the customer is angry(Ex.: SPRINT Data problem in UAE)
10. Pond Number - US number of the customer
11. Customer Preferred Contact Number - Preferred contact of the customer/assistant
12. Local Roaming Partner - local carriers the customer tried to use(Vodafone/Kyivstar/Life)
13. Operator Case Number - case number in AT&T/SPRINT/Beeline(if needed)
14. User Location - Country, City(Russia, Moscow/Ukraine, Kyiv/UK, London)
15. Please do not forget to assign "Notes" with "Deals"
