Cellular ON/OFF, Cellular Data/Data Options, enable LTE, automatic/manual Network selection
If the customer has "no service" on his iPhone/iPad, please follow with the next steps to solve the issue:
1. Go to Settings - select "Cellular"
2. Turn ON "Cellular Data", select "Cellular Data Options"
3. Turn ON "Data Roaming" and "Enable LTE"
4. Go back to "Cellular settings", select "Network selection"
5. Turn ON "Automatic" mode(internet sign 3G/LTE sign on the top has to appear)
6. Go back to the Internet browser(Safari) and check Internet connection.
